Second Floor

All suites on the second floor will be ADA accessible. A public ADA accessible restroom is located in the central area near the elevator.

All commercial suites will be ADA accessible. All suites designated as commercial will include kitchenettes, mechanical closet with heat pump cooling and heating system and a closet with hot-water heater. All units will include a data closet with hardwired CAT6 networking distribution to perimeter walls. Data closets have a single COAX feed from the Dmarc on this for optional Comcast Xfinity service.

Any of the suites designed as residences on the second floor may be leased as commercial suites, but without further customization or construction. These suites will have also have data closets with hardwired CAT6 networking distribution to perimeter walls so that they will be suitable for commercial or home-business use.

Suite 201 occupies the balcony of the former auditorium. The curved face of the balcony is a glass wall with a grand overview of the business commons and collaborative area.

Suites 203, 204 and 205 are the residential quarters of available live/work companion suites. Each suite connects to respective office space below (suites 103, 104 and 105 respectively) via a circular staircase. These suites are located at the level of the gymnasium balcony and partially overhang their corresponding office areas. The office overlook is faced with windows that share the view through the monumental arched windows.

Primary commercial spaces, when initially constructed, are built with kitchenettes, mechanical areas and data closets with network distribution to perimeter walls only.

Residences will include full kitchens with all appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, range, microwave) as well as a washer and dryer.
